No Progress....
Just when I think everyone is getting better someone starts throwing up again. David and Jonny where doing fine yesterday until lunch time. Their tummies started hurting so I made them lay down for the rest of the day. They went to bed and all seemed well until Davy woke up around eleven throwing up. I put him on the couch and he proceeded to throw up twice more during the night. Jesse seems to be doing better than yesterday. His tummy hurt and he was having to wear a pull-up but he seems his usual self this morning. We will see. I can't wait for it to all be over. My stomach has been hurting a little bit but I think the majority of my problem is in my head. When people are throwing up you can't help but feel ill yourself.......especially if you are the one cleaning up after them. Anyways, just a short update. Hope all is well in your lives and that you can stay away from this flu bug. Have a great day!!!

Happy Birthday Mom!!!
Well, today is my Mom's 45th. birthday. I am jealous that Josh and Ang and Mac get to be there. I wish we could be there too. Oh well, I am sure she is enjoying a wonderful day with them all. They are going to Fat Olives which is a pizza place down in Homer with AMAZING pizza and this chocolate cake to die for. I am going to go there when we go down next time. Anyways, my Mom is an amazing woman. She works harder than anyone I know and she is always smiling about it. She takes care of my Dad which is a HUGE feet in itself. She is VERY giving and can't wait to spoil all of us......and I mean ALL of us!! She is sooooo sweet and I miss her very much even being in the same state. I hope that you have a GREAT day and enjoy your grand baby girl!!! LOve you MOM!!!!

Our Weekend~~
Jeese Talon
Reuben Sabre or Woden Saber
Aunt Spazzy and Baby Mac
The Boys watching Lord of The Rings
Well, as you can see from the title Monday and Tuesday are our weekend. It is sooooo nice because Phil is generally home for the whole two and a half days and we can just relax. The weather has been beautiful so I am hoping to get outside with the munchkins the next couple of days. Jonny is still feeling a little under the weather and now has the pink eye too. We will see how long this stuff lasts. Phil had court this morning and I was supposed to get up and make him breakfast. I felt terrible when I woke up and he was gone and the boys were asking if they could get up. It was my weekend though. THat's an excuse if you've never seen one....hehehe. Anyways, I am working on getting up earlier and getting things done. Phil should be home soon and then we will see what we have in store for today. Phil and the boys just started their Lord of The Rings watching last week and will continue on with it this weekend. The boys really like it. So anyways.....here's a short update in the McBroom household. Love you all!!!

Just as we were out of th woods...
Davy gets the sickness. He has the gooping eye today but I am sure it is going to get MUCH worse before it gets better. I am only hoping that if Jonny is going to get it he gets it soon so we can get rid of this nasty stuff. I can't seem to get over it either. Just when I feel better we all get worse again. Oh well, the Lord is good and always helps us through. On a happier note. It has been a blast having my parents here for just a few days. They are great. I just wish they didn't hurt so much. We have been having a lot of fun as usual and I always laugh a lot more when they are around....imagine that!! Well, I gotta go. See ya!

Well, well, well.....
As you can see we are all doing MUCH better. Reuben finished his antibiotics on Sunday and began running a fever again that night. We think he is just teething but aren't sure. We will see if he is doing better the next couple of days or we might have to take him back in. Jonny and Davy never seemed to have caught it so that was a HUGE blessing. We are working on getting Jesse back to normal. Two year olds seem to be even WORSE when they are sick. He has been a terror lately. Phil is still a little under the weather but that is to be expected with the lack of sleep the last few weeks. Anyways!!
Good news,
Allen and Natasha got moved into their house yesterday. They have been staying with us the last three weeks and it was a lot of fun but I know they were anxious to get moved in. They are working on finishing the upstairs and then will work on downstairs. I think they are happy with the way things are coming along. Well, I have a screaming baby and need to get going. HOpe you all had a wonderful Mother's Day!! Love you all!

What a month!!!
Well, everone here still has the junk. We took Jesse in yesterday to TVC Firstcare because he has a cold in both eyes. They say it is conjunctivitis and you still have to give them the drops even though it really isn't pink eye. It is to protect their eyes from getting a worse infection than they already have from being sick. He is running a fever and was up once last night feeling warm again. I gave him tylenol and put him back to bed. Reuben is doing a little better but still not feeling too well considering he was up almost every hour last night. I didn't want him to wake Phil up so I didn't get much sleep. After Phil went to training at six thirty I went back to bed until eight. I still feel pretty bad and Jonny said he has a sore throat this morning. Allen can't hardly talk at all and Fritz sounds as bad as the boys with the cough and stuff. So, we are hoping it all gone by the end of the week but the way it's looking it isn't good. We are working on getting school done today but we will see how that goes. Other than that.......there's not too much else I'm wanting to comment on. Other than I know the LORD is with us and will help us through each of the trials he gives us and I can only think of this song the kids sang that was called" LORD Bless Our Home"!!! Have a great day!!
