Book Club...

I've been thinking of starting a book club. I was wondering what you all though. Let me know if you have any good ideas. I thought this would be a good way for me to read some books i've been wanting to but to also have some help in getting them done. I would love any info.

Cool! I love book clubs.
I joined Simple Mom's too.
What books are you thinking of?

Fun!!! What do you mean? Everyone read the same book and then discuss it?
I know Laurie C. was going to a book club for a while...she might have some good ideas. She said she read Jane Eyre during that time.
I need to make myself read more...I need to learn to read without falling asleep. :o/

Also, Ang and I were talking about quilting....sooooo, maybe we can set a time for that too. We need to make a specific time or it will never happen. Zac's mom said she would help me, so maybe I can draw her in??

Hi Jen!!
You should call Mom, she liked the book club. And I would tell you about it, but I don't have a clue what it all entailed. :)

Mrs. Clark could tell you how to do it and stuff, that's definantly an idea. Book clubs are really fun!
I'm sure everyone does it different, but the one I'm in, everyone is assigned the same book, and then you all get together and the "leader" asks questions like "what's your favorite part" "what do you think this means" and sometime our leader has a list of questions that she asks us.
Hope that helps for those of you who don't know what it is...

Sooo, when do we start our book club, Jenn? I am now reading about Fanny Crosby. She was an amazing woman, although her understanding of church doctrine was non-existent.
