Day 2 of my Healthy Living Blog Posts

So today I wanted to share one of THE BEST websites I've found. It is a Crossfit type blog where the Mom posts a new workout of the day everyday. I LOVE it. It is quick, easy, and I have seen results. I've kind of fallen off the band wagon lately and I am trying to get back on. I have been feeling REALLY bad the past three days so I haven't done too much. I am trying to do the ab challenge still though! :) Here is the link to her website. Check it out if you get a chance.
